True to its collaborative design philosophy, ducduc's four founding partners hail from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a multi-disciplinary approach to running ducduc.

Philip Erdoes, CEO and founding partner, a father of three, Philip gives ducduc the requisite parental viewpoint, not to mention good stories about raising 3 girls under the age of 5 in nyc. He has over fifteen years of operational experience in starting and running entrepreneurial ventures. Philip is actively involved in numerous charitable causes, such as Fabretto (www.fabretto.org) and is a member of the Young President's Organization (YPO). Philip holds a BS from Oklahoma State University, a JD with honors from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Brady Wilcox, chief creative officer and founding partner, Brady, a trained architect, has been designing everything from interiors and exteriors to marketing materials to furniture. For the past 20 years, Brady was ensconced in the fashion world, where he has partnered with John Varvatos, Bagley & Mishka, Narcisso Rodriquez, Donna Karan, Waterworks and Ralph Lauren creating spaces and experiences uniquely suited to highlight their designs. He has been the principle in his own firm as well as managed several creative departments. An avid sailor, Brady and Philip have been lifelong friends from Oklahoma. (just don't ask who is older!)

David Harris, director of communications and founding partner, David started working for Ralph Lauren out of college spending 8 years in store design before he collaborated on numerous projects with Brady and started his eponymous interior design business. In 2007 domino magazine tagged him as one of ten decorators to watch. He has a BA in english from the University of Iowa and has attended Breadloaf writer's conference.

Rebby Gregg, chief financial officer, chief operating officer, and founding partner, Rebby brings financial, legal, and operational expertise to ducduc, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Rebby holds a BA with honors from Princeton University and a JD with honors from the University of Texas school of law.

Bob Lasko, director of manufacturing, Bob has 25 years of experience in furniture production, engineering, quality control, sourcing and wood technology. He's in charge of our connecticut factory, and is married with 3 children. Bob has a BS in furniture manufacturing and management from North Carolina State University.

ducduc's founding team is supported by a design and management team whose members have experience and education in furniture design, graphic design, textile design and manufacturing, marketing, and finance. Regardless of background, all ducduc members participate in the conception and development of ducduc's designs, forming a truly collaborative design house.
