Here is how our shipping process works. Once you place an order, we calculate the shipping and handling cost based on the size of the item or items and the delivery location. For your convenience, we offer several delivery options. Our standard shipping charges are based on In Home delivery, which includes delivery inside the front door or first dry area. The second delivery option is our Premium service, which includes delivery inside to your room of choice, up two flights of stairs, unpacking, and debris removal. There is an additional fee of $70 for Premium. The third delivery option is our White Glove service, which includes everything that Premium includes plus up to 30 minutes of assembly (other than cribs and bunkbeds). There is an additional fee of $100 for White Glove. Our Premium and White Glove options may not be available to all areas of the country. If the delivery requires more than 2 flights of stairs, there will be an additional $50 fee. Any deliveries that are too difficult because of narrow doorways, hallways, spiral staircases, etc. will be serviced as an In Home only without the option of taking it to the room of choice.
Unassembled pieces and smaller items, like playtables, trays, and stools, typically ship via UPS Ground and are charged accordingly. If you have special delivery needs, please call us.
Deliveries in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut Tri-State area are typically serviced by our ducduc delivery truck and personnel. Outside the Tri-State area, we use carriers that are specialized in transporting and delivering furniture. Depending on your area of the country, these specialized carriers may take up to 20 days to deliver your furniture.

Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear. However, if there is visible damage to the furniture, refuse delivery of the order and contact us. Please have your order number available when you call.
Also, please retain all packaging until you have fully inspected your furniture. We stand behind all our products and will accept any product for exchange, credit, or refund if it is defective or does not conform to your order. We ask that your return be complete and in like new condition with all original packaging. Items returned incomplete may be assessed a restocking fee.
Please note: oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or apo/fpo addresses. At this time, delivery is limited to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Canada. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, destination charges, terminal and storage fees, and related taxes. Please note that all shipping and handling charges for international shipments are estimates and additional amounts may be owed upon shipping. |
